It’s very easy to take where you live for granted. Although we have been here over fifteen years, we never forget how lucky we are to live in Beautiful British Columbia. To many people a visit here could be literally the holiday of a lifetime. At Lynn Valley Bed and Breakfast, we realize that people who are away from the places and things they know need to be made to feel comfortable so that they can enjoy their holiday to the fullest.

Mountain bikers will be pleased by the special facilities we have to offer for them. Just a few yards from the Mount Fromme trails we are the ideal place to set off from for a day's biking. Off-road parking in a no parking zone means your vehicle is safe and secure, we have a workshop for small repairs, compressor and tools and when you return home covered in mud just hose off your bikes and armor, drop your clothes in the washing machine reserved for your use and step atraight into the outdoor hot shower.

Nestled in a mountain hillside on the slopes of the breathtaking North Vancouver mountains, you're never more than a few minutes away from one of the most green and lush forests in North America. A forest that acts as a backdrop for both casual and challenging hikes, and world class mountain biking. And this is all within a stone's throw of one of the most beautiful cities in the world...Vancouver.

Vanessa & Andrew Knowles have been hosts in one way or another since they came to Canada in 1993. As their four children grew to be adults, they have been unofficial parents to students from around the world, and have learned about many different cultures and cuisines. Now that their children have left home they, after a major renovation, are ready to host a different kind of clientele, with a bed and breakfast for travelers from around the globe who want to experience Beautiful British Columbia.

Vanessa is a fully qualified hairdresser and runs her salon from home, a fully equipped, one-on-one where both men and women customers can get themselves looking and feeling good before a relaxing night in downtown Vancouver. Andrew has a long history in hospitality and retail and enjoys meeting new people. He has a passion for cooking that means your breakfasts will be varied and tasteful, with ingredients sourced as local and fresh as possible.
